Master Aran

Master Aran is a kickboxing instructor. He owns a school for martial artistry, and hosts the Sim Fu 100-Tiger Strike minigame, as well as the Sports Festival. He also owns Mojo Dojo in the Greenwood Forest near Speedville, and serves as a client and potential SPA recruit.

Trivia

• Aran's name could be a reference to Samus Aran from the Metroid series, as his first name is the same as Samus' last name, and both are combat fighters. He also shares his name with Aran from MapleStory, which also uses combos and animals as a part his fighting style.
• Aran may potentially be Thai, due to his name (อรัญ, meaning: "forest") and appearance, as well as the fact that he teaches kickboxing. But both his house blocks and fighting style, Sim Fu, are based on Kung Fu, which suggest he may also be Chinese.
• Aran was originally meant to be shirtless in the original game. However, he was later given a shirt before release for unknown reasons.
  • It was long rumored that Aran was shirtless in the Japanese version of MySims, however this is simply untrue.
  • He was, however, made shirtless in MySims Agents.
• All of Master Aran's tasks in MySims require training dummies.
  • He also asks for Essences for all interests, with the exception to his hated interest, Cute.
• Although Master Aran isz available at Star Level 3, his last task requires Tiny Shark Essences, which are found at Star Level 4.
• In MySims Party there is a poster of Master Aran in Roger's minigame, Pump-it!
• In MySims Agents, it is revealed that Master Aran has a tattoo of a tiger on his back, which is identical to the one on the back of his shirt.
