Jenny works at SPA Headquarters as the front desk secretary and receptionist. She dislikes her job, so much that she tries to take every possible chance to take a break and really wants to get a publishing deal from her fan fiction and quit. Jenny is usually seen sitting behind her desk reading a book, or using the computer for both work and personal stuff. Jenny will occasionally use her computer to look up information on the various places the player will visit. The player also talks to her about sending recruit teams on any available dispatch missions, and to get debriefing results once a mission is done.
